The Agency for Planning and Logistics Brazil (EPL), created to accelerate investment in the transport sector, will hire next year a survey of the infrastructure bottlenecks in Brazil. The idea is that the work be done in a year and a half and present an accurate picture of the logistics situation in the country.
A cooperation agreement was signed with the Institute of Applied Economic Research (IPEA), linked to the Centre of Strategic Affairs of the Presidency of the Republic to perform the work. Until then, the EPL will work with the research conducted by the IPEA or studies as the Competitive Brazil, the National Confederation of Industry, to define projects.
